Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Boyne coarse fishing?

    Just wondering what the rules are here as I assume it's mostly a salmon fishery and different stretches controlled by different clubs is it possible to coarse fish the river around trim area?

    The fishing around Trim is controlled by Trim Athboy Anglers and TBH the coarse fishing is non existent. It's primarily trout and salmon with the odd pike showing up.

    Thanks for reply, can you fish the river for pike all year or is all fishing stopped by end of season

    ALL fishing stops during the closed season.
