yep, that's the one that hadn't won yet. He's now 5 from 5.... 100% winners to runners but it's all a bit staged looking and where's the Star 2yo?

    www.racingpost.com

In the search bar on the righthand side type in Frankel. Click on him in the stallion section.

Click stud record. It will then show the 5 horses that have ran for him so far, now click entries and it will show every Frankel horse that is entered in the near future and the big races, then just keep on eye out on the cards to see if they are declared a day before racing.

I have no doubt it's that clown Steve Palmer. Did you see his show on channel 4 or bbc about betting, the clown was lumping on greyhounds race after race down the bookies singing songs at the screen.

It's not him but ya haha. Brtain at the Bookies or something how Coral let themselves be filmed for that defies belief they really didn't come out looking good. Remember that mug the young fella who was brought on a day out from Coral to the races acting the big man about the money he won. Must be doing his absolutes to be brought on a hospitality trip what a mug

No love for the mugs on this forum. :(

What a sire he's going to be.

Another impressive winner, some of these horses remind me of Frankel the way they run.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,702 ✭✭✭tryfix

Cunco very disappointing and once again having a horse who finished behind him reverse the form in the next race. The Frankel's aren't hitting the mark at group level, it'll take a bit of time to figure out what the Frankel's are about trip wise, precocious wise or not etc.

Wouldnt judge his potential on Cunco, who has a physical handicap in being diminutive. Wait to see how the stronger looking ones develop

Sure and they may need a bit of time but Gosden was quite bullish about how strong Cunco was before the race. The hype is driving expectations and the media are playing the FRANKEL factor up when one of his runs.

These Frankel's were conceived at £125,000 a pop, there's a lot of stud money dependent on what they're doing on the track.

Is it a bit odd that he has only had 6 runners so far?

Trainers being very cautious with sending out their Frankel's maybe? No one wants to have the first one that doesn't win so maybe trainers are taking their time until they are completely ready for the track.

    Another winner at Clairefontaine.

Had his first winner yesterday at Ascot.

Frankel's first Irish runner goes in the first at the Curragh tomorrow and he's a biggie. He's the Ger Lyons trained Lightening Fast, his dam is the 6f Gp 1 2yo winner Lightening Pearl.

O'Brien's Taj Mahal a full brother to Gleneagles is still in the same race and he'd a very gentle introduction when finishing down the field as favourite in a maiden. He should be ready to win if he turns up.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,484 ✭✭✭Peintre Celebre

top story in the RP app is Frankel to have his first runner in Ireland tomorrow. Their brown nosing of him is beyond irritating

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,484 ✭✭✭Peintre Celebre

Is there a Classic being run tomorrow no

That Lightening Fast is a beautiful mover who doesn't look remotely like his sire Frankel. Taj Mahal is a good looking powerfully built animal, hope they both live up to their potential today and we get another future classic winner out of this race again.

Ooops, that didn't go to plan. Joseph's Arcada boosting further the form of that Curragh maiden won by Alexios Kommenos on Irish Derby Day. It looks to be a good vein of quality around that form. The Frankel's run can be written off but wtf? Taj Mahal is an expensive yoke to be following but he might be a stuffy kind of horse who can keep slowly progressing.

The horse to take from today is the close finishing 2nd Capri who didn't exactly look ready to win in the paddock.

He's done it, that Ascot Gp3 winner Fair Eva is a star 2 yo and a really beautiful physical specimen to boot.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,484 ✭✭✭Peintre Celebre

People are getting very worked up by Fair Eva and it is easy to be sucked in when you see a performance like that. That said if you take a step back and look at it logically you can probably notch it down a bit

Both the first and second were beaten today by similar distances than they were by Brave Anna at Royal Ascot, a daughter of War Front winning on good to soft. It's fair to assume she will probably be better on quicker going. How went off second favourite today, an above average filly but she is now a five race maiden, and four of her starts were in maidens in Ireland. Not to mention the third favourite was withdrawn at the start. Plenty of superlatives being thrown around at the minute but I wouldn't be too quick to call her a star yet

You're being a bit selective, the 2nd and 3rd may not have been suited by the Soft Ground at Royal Ascot and the 2nd stepped from that Gp 3 Ascot race to finish 3/4l 2nd in the Gp2 Cherry Hinton Stakes. Also How was beaten 7 3/4l today despite finishing within 2 1/2l of Take a Deep Breath who ran the Top O'Brien filly Promise To Be True to 1 1/4l in a Gp3 at Leopardstown.

What was impressive about Fair Eva today was her acceleration at the end of the race and that they knew how good she was going to be ( very short price ) and she looked very impressive in the paddock.

She may be a precocious sort but Charlton the trainer doesn't think so.

Senator [Frankel - Red Bloom] just won on his debut in a 9 horse 6f maiden at Leicester for Richard Fahey in the Cheveley Park colours. Well backed.
