    Well, a few questions.

What are you doing to aid this?

Have you looked at your diet?

    Have you started counting calories?

Have you started planning your weekly meals so you don't overeat / snack?

Have you joined Weight Watchers / gym / club / activity?

Have you started an exercise regime?

If so, are you sticking to it?

There's no "lifehack" for losing weight (unfortunately). It really is down to diet and exercise.

Popping a "fat burning" pill while eating crisps on the couch doesn't count :pac: (Probably speaking from experience there!)

    Thank you for your reply.

I am not doing anything about it im afraid. I have done many yoyo diets. I feel defeated.

I am not doing anything about it im afraid.

Sorry to be blunt, but there's your problem.

Planning or prepping your weekly meals might stop the urge to snack (I do it too as a comfort thing even though my body doesn't need it).

If you have a Gmail account you can use the Calendar feature (on browser and smart phone) https://calendar.google.com

If you don't, you can print your own calendar out here - https://www.timeanddate.com/calendar/create.html

First off, make sure there are no snacks at all in the house. Throw out all high sugar foods or those comfort ones.

Try to replace them with fruit salads or a handful of nuts (brazil / almond / etc). A handful now.

Which leads to portion sizes. Try to use small places and between bites, put the knife and fork down. This will help you eat slower and feel full faster (before the whole plate is gone!).

http://darebee.com/ is a great site with planned routines that range from beginner to expert, from weight training to cardio.

I'd recommend downloading / printing and sticking it up somewhere that you'd see it everyday to remind you.

It's all about self-pester-power. Just annoy yourself as much as you can, by reminding yourself the right things to do and not to fall in to snacking habits.

    hope this works!

    That's not the attitude.

    It IS going to work.

    Talk (and think) in definites.

You can lose weight. You just need to understand how many calories you're taking in. Then how many calories you need to maintain your current weight. Eat fewer than that, you'll lose. Pretty simple.

Emotional issues are a trickier thing to tackle, but the actual weight loss itself is simple physics.

Also for the mind...This may sound completely "out there", but calm.com is a great site to start learning to meditate.

    A few more links:

https://www.reddit.com/r/MealPrepSunday/ - pics and recipes from those who prepare their weeks worth of meals on a Sunday.
https://www.reddit.com/r/EatCheapAndHealthy/ - Well, it's a forum for those who want to eat cheap and healthy.
https://www.reddit.com/r/fitmeals/ - Meals to aid an exercise regime.
https://www.reddit.com/r/loseit/ - Progress and support from other people trying to lose weight too.

Have a look at the 'sidebar' (the right hand side) of each of those reddit pages for more information on each.

Well going by this thread and your other thread, I'm not sure what you are looking for. You already seem to have decided you wouldn't lose weight. Not sure of your gender but I assume you know RDA of calories per gender. Very simple method of weight loss is burn more calories than you consume. Exercise, cut out the junk calories get a routine. Last you either want to lose weight or you don't.

I am definitly fat and i am definitly not going to lose weight :( is what i have believed for a long time

That was me back in 2011. I was almost 18 stone and needed to do something about it.
I made changes to my diet, stopped buying crisps and biscuits, if they are not in the house I can't eat them in the evenings. Stopped buying take away food every day like breakfast rolls etc.
    Reduced portion size on meals.
    Started walking every day.
Before Christmas 2011 I had lost 7 stone and I have kept it off ever since.
Diets don't work you need to change your lifestyle long term. Its not easy at the start but it becomes easier and as the weight comes off and people notice it and comment on it to you, you will feel great and become more determined.
I am far happier and more confident now.
You can also enjoy yourself by having a few drinks or having a take away meal even biscuits just not every day.
Go for it, trust me you can do it and you will thank yourself for it. :)

As the great Billy Connolly said Eat less, move more.

If you think you can, or you think you can't, you're probably right...

Find yourself such a job or occupation, perhaps volunteering, so that you simply do not have time for food or thoughts about it. There will be only snacks. A slender body is a side effect of the right mindset and way of life. And the search for reasons and diet is a departure from real life. Maybe it's time to start a real job and become an adult !?
