Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Tesco Clubcard Vouchers

    I had a clubcard voucher 75 on 15.But I forgot to scan that ath the till .Went to the customer care and they told they couldnt do anything.Anybody faced similar situations before?Anyway to solve this

    Only way to solve it is to not forget it next time. All that can be done is to refund the entire shop, rescan it and use the voucher. That's impractical for every forgetful person, especially at a busy time. So just try not to forget next time.

    If Customer Care won't do anything, that's that. The voucher is still valid for use for another shop up til its expiry date.

    Happened me in Dunnes. Had 40 off 200 but the cashier had all through before either of us thought about them. Lost the €40 as the date was up that day. My fault, my loss.
