Looking for recommendations for an architect for an attic conversion with dormers on Dublins Northside.

All my Google hits seem to be Attic conversion companies and not architecture design specific.

    Would appreciate any advice/recommendations.

Architects wont touch an attic conversion because it too small a job. You need to find an independent architectural technical instead. they can do the drawings and help with the designs and specs and charge less. Legally they are not allowed call themselves architects because they aren't registered with RIAI and dont have the relevant degree

What would be the cost difference between one of the "off the rails" options from the companies mentioned and employing an architect type?
