Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Can anybody help I just set up a Facebook business page
    I sent the link to few customers to write reviews which they did and they cannot be seen

    Ive tried everything for a week now

    Yes my review tab is on
    Yes I have said YES to all content to be published
    Yes I have written a privacy policy
    Yes I have published the page
    Yes I have verified my email

    The only thing I can think of it has not asked me for address verification but I think that no longer matters.
    Any help greatly appreciated
