Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    This may be of interest to locals and anyone who is looking for a new build in Leixlip. There is a new strategic housing development planning application for a site at Leixlip Gate:

    Construction of 239 dwellings comprising:
    • 136 no. 2-storey houses comprising 16 no. 2-bed, 114 no. 3-bed and 6 no. 4-bed units;
    • 73 no. apartments within 3 no. 4-storey blocks comprising 29 no. 1-bed and 44 no. 2-bed units;
    • 30 no. duplex units within 3 no. 1-3 storey blocks comprising 15 no. 2-bed and 15 no. 3 bed units;
    • Construction of a creche (c. 294 sq.m) and a gym (c. 224 sq.m) at ground floor of Apartment Block A.
