Hello to all, been many years since I was here. Back again because I have a question and some help would be much appreciated.

My ex and I have been co-parenting our four month old daughter, her much more so due to covid. Credit where it's due.

Things are sometimes strained as to be expected but it more or less works even though it sometimes feels like the goalposts are moving.

Anyway, to my question which I hope someone can help me with. As an unmarried father who has yet to apply for his legal rights can she prevent me or any of my family from taking a photo of my child without her permission?

Not to post on social media etc just to have on a phone or print out and hang on a wall.
