Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Tablet for mother

    My mother's Birthday is coming up later in the year and I'm trying to keep an eye out for a tablet for her.
    She is late 50's and is generally fine with technology.
    I got her a cheap Amazon fire one a few years ago and she liked it but the apps weren't great.
    It will be mainly used for playing games, searching the web and the odd video here and there. Speed and storage space aren't overly important.(With reason of course).
    I don't see much point in spending €100's on it tough.
    Anybody recommend anything?
