Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    That article doesn't cover it I think but they got tonked in the qualifier too. I wouldn't blame him for not mentioning it.

    Enjoyable episode.

    Flynn was a great corner forward. A small lad who could kick points with both feet. For a small guy, that was invaluable in those days - without a left foot, he mightn't have thrived.

    Inevitably, the references and innuendos about the thuggery of that Meath team were rife. Those lads will be dining out on that for the rest of their lives. A pity, but such is the culture within the GAA.

    It was a powerful scene, to see Dunne especially, brought to tears thinking back on it . . .it must have been an incredible experience to be part of that group.
