    Get your spine x-rayed. I used to sometimes have something similar when making babies with MrsCR, occasionally ending with moment-killing cramps in my legs. Some years later, a seemingly unrelated incident saw me one day suddenly on the flat of my back unable to get up, which ultimately led to the doc identifying several vertebral discs on the point of collapse. That episode was triggered by tension in my lower back due to labouring in the cold, but talking things through with the doc brought all kinds of other niggles into the picture, including those pre-ejaculatory leg cramps.

    What is sex like? Do the same issues arise after riding someone (or do you finish yourself off when with someone else, thus causing the same issues you describe above?).


    Without trying to sound crude, are you perhaps over-doing it? I find if you go at it too much, it gets tougher to come, and when you do it feels less like an enjoyable fondle and more like an Ironman wrestling match.


    Whereas if you take a break for a few days, it can make it easier for you to come and you'll generaly find that you're a bit more sensitive down there and as a result don't have to tense/force it as much.




    (As an aside, I'm not a GP, although I have been to my GP about issues 'down there' in the past and he's never been bothered by it. My GP has always been a man, though. I've probably watched too much porn in my life now, that if I showed it to a woman GP I'd feel slightly erotic :D )

    Took the plunge (so to speak) to spice up my self love regime so tried a prostate massager.

    Apart from the finger up there from the odd lady in years gone by had never done it....it hadnt done anything really in the past.

    Well **** me.....took a little getting used to but was unreal - wouldn't do it every time (so everyday) but will certainly add it to my repirtior.

    See I’ve tried the back door only a handful of times. Liked it but don’t think it was as good as I imagined. Decided to have a play around over the bank holiday. I really lubed my ass up. Used 2 fingers. Firstly I don’t know if I am feeling the prostate. I see stories of guys saying when you reach the prostate, you’ll know. I have a good feel around but never get “the feeling”. I think I reach it but I don’t get very excited by it. Also, soon after I feel like I will hqve diarrhoea- maybe I’m using too much lube, maybe I’m aggravating the bowels.I don’t know.

    I was exactly the same as you.

    Plenty of lube, some decent porn in the genre you like to get you going (took the advice of someone here and got a decent length porno clip on my phone). A nice tug while you play around with it in your hole and when you blow you won't know what hit you.
