    79/2 at half way mark

Tector and Gareth Delaney at crease. Vital not to give away cheap or silly wickets now

Batting seems a fair bit easier during the daylight on these decks, 170+ Score needed from this position.

    93/2 after 12

Bit optimistic there I would say.

Without seeing the pitch, you'd expect 10 an over from here surely. 175-180 could be par. Oman are no mugs

It probably is asking a bit from two young lads but surely Adair could be promoted to be next in. I feel we will need around 170 to win

Good score. Definitely defendable. Need bowlers (and Wilson) to do the job now.

Really good start from our quicks.

Gonna be a very good game. Shame it's not watchable

Second wicket with four 4s sandwiched between the two wickets

    Oman 47/2

  • Registered Users Posts: 39,494 ✭✭✭✭KevIRL

Messy 8th over from Delaney. 13 from it and Oman now 67/2 with Ali 42 not out

  • Registered Users Posts: 39,494 ✭✭✭✭KevIRL

    Ali out for 50

    G. Delany got Ali. Huge wicket. Absolutely huge. COYBIG

  • Registered Users Posts: 39,494 ✭✭✭✭KevIRL

Great stuff Gareth Delaney two wickets to add to his 89*.

Be great to finish this off as early as possible and improve the NRR

    78/4 at half way mark

Good to see young players in both Delanys and Tector putting in big shifts so far, we should see Oman off comfortably here and go into the remaining (relatively easier) games with some confidence.
