I have my Great Grandmothers Birth cert which gives an address of '' Kilornah , Florence Court , Union of Enniskillen ''
Have searched high and low for Kilornah including sites like Irish Place names but can find nothing - any ideas or information would be most welcome.

Florence Court Demense is the name of a townland, and probably also the name of an estate. It's on the townland database - www.seanruad.com

I haven't found it on the OSI map yet, but it's in the PLU/Registration District of Enniskillen, and the civil parish of Killesher. My guess is that Kilornah could be either the name of a village, or possibly a house in the area...

Florence Court (Forest) is just west of the road between Swanlinbar and Enniskillen - see : http://goo.gl/UCmLY (Google map)

Some of the area is visible on the historic OSI maps - http://maps.osi.ie/publicviewer/#V1,617514,833904,5,7

Florence Court was the home of the earls of Enniskillen - it's lovely.

OP, does the father have an occupation that suggests he worked for the estate? The papers of the Earls of Enniskillen are in PRONI. Intro here http://www.proni.gov.uk/introduction_enniskillen.pdf . There are a list of townlands in the estate at the beginning but don't see anything that looks like Killornah. Might also be local name for part of the demesne lands.

A useful site for checking placenames is http://www.seanruad.com/. It seems that there is no townland in the Enniskillen area with the name Kilornah or anything persuasively close.

One possibility is that you are dealing with a house name, but my guess is that you are not. The alternative guess is a mistake has been made in hearing, in recording, or in reading.

Kinawley is close to Florence Court.

Florence Court is in the barony of Clanawley.
