That's right, but the warranty is not much use so far if Nokia (or Vodafone) don't stand over it for hardware defects (physical headphone jack).

I may wait to see if Nokia admit to & cover the headphone jack hardware defect & contact them directly in the meantime. I can live with the cracked lcd screen (cracks near edges) but i need the headphone jack for my car's aux-in.

The case provided doesn't provide any screen protection, the screen sticks out further than the case's edge. there's a few on eBay, I got one. Doesn't look as good, but screen would be cracked without it.

I had a HTC a few years ago. Headphone jack wasn't working from new and then i cracked the screen. Sent it to have the headphone jack to be repaired but they wouldnt repair it under warranty as the screen was broke and said when it was dropped it may have damaged the headphone jack

Giving how Android P DP4 (Beta 4) V3.150 is now an OTA update (and hence very easy to install), is anybody running it on their device.

Any problems they have, I'm thinking of getting it installed but am wondering if anybody has any negative experience.

Sure I could wait but you know.....

At this stage, it's more or less Release Candidate, and as that version has been promoted to Production, for Pixels and Essential phones, I'm pretty sure that it's near finished.

If it's OTA, go ahead and pick it up from XDA and bang it on the device.
You (probably) won't regret it

But seriously, I don't have it myself, so I can't say for certain if there's any issues, that would leave you screwed

Battery life showing as massively improved for one XDA user. I thought it was brilliant already! Looking forward to getting it now.

I have DP4 installed. It's an improvement on DP3 but the battery is definitely not as good as Oreo on any of the Betas I've tried. DP3 had Always on Display as an option but that has been removed for some reason. Also the adaptive brightness is too dark. All in all, it's getting there but I'd be hoping for more improvement in the final version.
