    The problem is that the longer it goes on, the more unfunny it gets as some people seem to think the humour comes from simply misspelling something as badly as possible, which isn't actually what its about. Which is why the picture above isn't funny, and it isn't doge. The exact same thing happened to Dolan. Gotta keep it simple!

    There just seems to be very little variety with the various entris that I've seen.

    This seems to be a common problem with a lot memes, to be fair: everyone thinks every single attempt is automatically hilarious and quantity wins out over quality. Consequetly, for every good one, there dozens of "meh" attempts by people who think they just have to create one and it's automatically comic genius.

    Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

    This is the downside of the internet's ability to allow people to publish anything and reach a wider audience - case in point, Justin Bieber - quality suffers.
