I have tenants in my dublin apt who have been there 12 years. I am intending to live in the apartment and I believe I have to give 224 days to vacate.After I submit notice to vacate I will leave ireland for 6 months, hence it will do me no good if the tenant moves out early. If say after a few months the tenant finds another place to live will he still have to give me the 112 days notice which is normally required
