Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Was looking at some jabra elites didn't give me 6 months credit option anymore, I tend to always pay off b4 before 6 months ends wonder is this why

    What was the price? Pretty sure the minimum for buy now pay later is €200.

    Still working fine for me.

    Sometimes it won’t give me the option on my phone but if I sign in from my iPad , it lets me add it so maybe try from a different device. Hope this helps ��

    Hi is anyone having to wait longer than usual for delivery. I ordered something on the 25th and from the 30th theres been no movement and tracking on the littlewoods site isn't working for it. Below is the information i get. Has anyone been having this happen, hopefully its only a delay or problem with the route.

    I have this happening as well. Ordered something on the 31st that was dispatched on the 31st and no movement at all since. Fastway tracking hasn't shown any scans either. I tweeted them as it was due for delivery today and they said to wait another 72 hours. Seem to be a lot of people tweeting them saying the exact same things, that their tracking is showing no scans. Could be a post Christmas delay. This is the first time in 4 years that my delivery isn't early or on time.

    Looks like yours is stuck in the UK, mine on the other hand, is stuck on the delivery van that didn't make it to me today (was pretty icy in the area so wondered did he go off the road somewhere)

    i bet its the brexit, lots of companies with customs issues, Under the Brexit provision, any good will be subject to a customs levy if it arrives in Britain from abroad and is then exported back into the European Union.

    For example, if a British clothing retailer imports Chinese-made textiles, then it would then have to pay a customs charge if it re-exports the items into a member nation of the EU’s single market and customs union.

    Put simply, the rules therefore determine whether an export is considered British or not.

    Littlewoods needs move their distribution center, so much goods for ireland are distributed from the uk

    Could be indeed, I think there was a lot of burying the head in the sand done by these companies, it won't happen etc etc. I'm waiting on one of those stupid printy camera yokes for my daughter, the pics are bigger than the one she has already... I really cannot see the attraction of them tbh, sorry for the Victor Meldrew there...

    Wondering if I can reject littlewoods delivery or should I use their returns policy instead.

    I placed an order on the 6th of Jan, checked tracking & it looks like it was delivered this morning (I'll find out for sure when I get home from work)

    20 days for delivery - I wasn't in a panic so I don't mind but this may be usefull information for anyine placing an order.

    Call them & give the tracking number on the return, they will refund whilenon the phone.

    I returned it with parcel connect, when I put the tracking number in before it was giving details of date and times now when I put it in today just says parcel has not be picked up so it looks to be like it must have been lost. Will they still refund?
