Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Fence/ boundaries

    Hi does anyone know who is responsible for the boundary at the rear of two houses back to back. Have a new neighbour and we have a delapatated fence between us that needs replacing but we have different views on what to replace it with?

    Shared ownership.
    In a perfect world, you both agree the style of boundary and split the cost.
