You could get the packages sent to your workplace.

You could use ParecelMotel, obviously you would need to set up an account first, and they charge per item.

    Parcel Motel might suit?

Assuming you cannot get deliveries sent to your place of work, you have some choices.

    Parcel Motel
    AddressPal from An Post

Obviously you need to register with them, and they charge per item.

Both give one a virtual address and allow one to get items from UK sites that would deliver to RoI.

AddressPal also support an American vitrual adress

Address pal requires you to stand in line at the PO, be aware of that.

They also have lockers, like Parcel Motel

They have a limited fleet yes, but you can't address to them and they've also ignored all my redirection requests to use them. A very PostPhone like product (half baked).

Which requires collecting while the post office is open.

(Sorry, I know that's probably blindingly obvious, but just in case)

If An Post try to deliver and you are not there, they usually stick a docket in your letter box telling you to collect from the local delivery office.
They are normally open 730am to 7pm so just collect it there the next day.

Collection can be made from the sorting office in a lot of places-usually a seperate area
