The Trinity Wikipedia is not easily updated by just anyone. You need to have gained status to be able to add/remove things permanently. If you put up a spiel saying Groinshot is Provost, it would last 30 minutes max.

It took a long time to convince the "mod" to allow the comma. Even then, it's missing in places.

it must have something to do with our University being so prestigious then, that our wiki is more heavily policed than others?

Or just that it attracts more trolls.

Would seem that's how our friend knows it's so heavily policed then.

The House is not for An Post, it's for internal post. The postal service does not go around delivering post to each house in Trinity, they wouldn't have access to half the post boxes. The mail office gets all the post for the whole college, sorts it into residences and offices, delivers to offices daily in the morning and residences every other day throughout the day.

The address for on campus housing is your house number, followed by your floor number, followed by your apartment number e.g. a Botany Bay address would be 15.1.2, Trinity College, Dublin 2. If it's an office in the college it's:

    Tim Trimble,
    C/O Junior Dean' Office,
    House 1,
    Trinity College,
    Dublin 2

Besides which, this is all ridiculous. As long as you put Trinity College Dublin, with or without comma or separate line or D2, and you're posting it in Ireland, you can put something even vaguely related on the front and internal post will deliver it to the right place, they know the college long enough. If you sent something to "Ents Officer, Trinity College Dublin" I bet it would get there, and in the same time frame as anything else.
