Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Buying basic fly tying materials

    I used to do some fly tying years ago with varying success , I have the vice etc and some old threads hackles etc, I would like to start again maybe tying a few basic flys like the bibbo, green Peter , sooty olive, anyone one suggest what materials to buy, I'm heading to the fly fair in Galway this weekend and might get a few bits to start me off again!
