Algarve - Hotel for Teenager

    Hi Folks,

    We travel to the Algarve most years on our holidays but have tended to travel slightly out of season in May most years. I generally rent an apartment privately and book flights/transfers myself. For the last couple of years away I felt my daughter was bored and looking longingly at apartment complexes where there were kids playing etc. Booking accommodation privately generally means we are sharing a complex with ex pats living there or with locals, and while the apartments have always been nice etc I feel my daughter has missed out somewhat.

    I have flights booked now for mid June to Faro and am looking for some recommendations for a good hotel/complex for a 13 year old girl. She is an only child but is very sociable and mixes well. I'm open to suggestions as to what resorts to go to, we have been to Albufeira (old town) a number of times and more recently to Alvor & Lagos. Completly open to suggestions as to hotel/complex that would accommodate the needs of a 13 year old.

    I appreciate any suggestions offered.
