    Hi there,

I need to get out a bit more.

Time on my hands and all that.

I'm really interested in taking up table tennis / ping pong - How should I start? Are there clubs? Are there leagues? Do you need to bring your own balls or are they supplied at the venue?

    There are clubs

There's a list on the Table Tennis Ireland website

You will find more about Table Tennis in Ireland on that site

You may also want to check local sports and community centres to see if they put on regular sessions. Everyone needs to start somewhere and I'm sure there will be opportunities for newbies to get into Table Tennis, and that they would have the gear to get you started

    I recommend PingZone in Dundrum
Great atmosphere, big venue, all levels, coatching
