Thanks, that seems very positive, my gripe was the sneaky very high currency conversion when you pay with Euro on their website, best to pay in sterling and use your bank or revolut etc to convert into euro for you.

in the case of disruption :
Flight Cancellation You have the option to cancel your booking and receive a full refund of the cancelled flight or be re-routed to your destination (subject to availability).

if YOU decide to cancel a standard fare, then like Ryanair, Aer Lingus, Lufthansa and pretty much every other airline out there, you get no refund, but I dont see that being a reason to create a new board.ie account to attack them for it.
