Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

How Long For Eye Test Form To Come Back?

    Does anyone know what the wait time is at the moment for the medical card form for an eye test to come back? I filled it in about 7 weeks ago in the opticians and they sent it off. Don't mind waiting just wondering if it's something I should be doing something about.

    That's a fairly long wait ,
    I sent the form off myself and it was about 2 weeks , they are based here as far as I remember ,give them a call

    Health Office, Coolnagarrane, Skibbereen, Co. Cork Tel: (028) 40400

    I just had my eye test done two weeks ago.

    Letter was stamped received on the 27th of August and I got it back on the 3rd of this month :rolleyes:

    I'll give it a few more days so! Might pop into the optician then to check with them if it hasn't arrived.

    Update: took 9 weeks in the end, but I received the form back today
