T*cketm@ster holding payment for one year

So I recently bought tickets off above companyx but friend also got them so i decided to sell mine on through their fan to fan ticket exchange.

The tickets sold immediately and have been removed from my account (the tickets themselves were never issued) but the company are insisting on holding the money until 3 weeks after the event which isnt until next summer.

So basically I'm out of pocket 300euro until they pay me next summer.

Are they allowed do this?

You agreed to it when you sold your tickets via their service.

We process your payment once the event or show has taken place.

It takes around 15 business days for the payment to reach your account.

If it was shortly after purchase you could have contacted Ticketmaster for a refund. I've done this recently and got the money back straight away.
