I know there are some rules (and maybe legal too), but aren't the rules framed for non-pandemic peace times when attending school has no health hazard associated? Don't think the legal situation has changed at all. If a child is missing for 20 days, the principal is obliged to make a report to Tusla, who investigate from there.
