Balcony with horizontal railing

Hi Just wondering if anyone knows the name of a product think it’s mesh like that fixes to a horizontal railing to prevent children/anyone being able to climb it? Asked my engineer he mentioned an above type product but he couldn’t think of the name of it

Is this a new build?
The balcony has to be designed to discourage climbing so by its core design should have no horizontal bars or aids to climbing under part k of the building regulations.
