Happened to see these badges on the sleeve of a soldier in a you tube video, about Israeli jets shooting down Russian Migs in 1979. I thought they looked Irish. Its only 6 seconds into the video. Yeah it is, it's a 3* private rank marking. It's on a shoulder brassard with the UN badge.
