Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Deliveroo never delivered the food and refused to make a refund

    We were in self isolation and made order on deliveroo asking specifically to have delivery to outside our apartment door as we were not allowed to leave and meet other people. The rider refused to bring the food to us which was disappointing but after calling their phone line I was promised refund....which they never made. I called them again to hear they decided not to make refund on this order without giving me a reason why. Is there anywhere I could complain about this? This is not OK treatment, basically stealing customer's money.
