Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

MAME Sound Problems

    I've been playing Rampage : World Tour
    And the sound skips/repeats itself all the time like its messed up or somthin'.
    Somthing is wrong with it anyhow.

    Any1 have a solution ?

    Thats made by midway yeah? I've problems with the sound repeating and slow down in other midway games { Mortal Kombat 1,2 and nba jam}. I think you need a faster PC with some more ram. What are you using at the minute?

    320 Mb RAM atm.
    I don't know if its made by Midway - I dont think it is anyway.

    I have problems with the sound in all the midway games i have so i play without sound.Once the sound is switched off the game is perfect . It may have something to do with my K6-2 cpu either but i won't know till i've upgraded my machine in january.
    sorry but i've no solution..

    Thanx Logie - I'll just play with no sound then.

    And it turns out with XVS that i just need the EURO version.
    And its a pretty big download so i'm not going to bother - for now anyways.

    :D
