Yeah, in the last "free delivery thread" people received their things quicker than us

I placed my first order on Saturday morning and the status is also "Departed Facility in GATWICK" since today around 9am. If this means that our things left UK this morning I'm pretty sure that during today/this night they will deliver the packages to our cities so we should receive them tomorrow the latest.

C'mon DHL, do it before the weekend

I just got an email off them saying my order has been refunded as requested ,wtf ?
I never received an email giving a dispatch date and the items I ordered are in stock,very odd.

Mine too:rolleyes: Don't remember it taking this long the last time, was in Leeds since Monday. I'm sure Dhl do Saturday deliveries so it might arrive then if it doesn't come tomorrow.

Cut the tracking number from the email and paste it into the DHL Site

Copy the code after "Click here to track this despatch:" (numbers) and use them in dhl.ie.

Parcel left Gatwick this morning at 5am apparently, so I reckon I'll get it tomorrow. Or today, but I won't get my hopes up

Gone Drinking, copy your tracking number and put it directly into the DHL website, that worked for me.

Just received my purchase (ordered on Friday evening) and I'm so happy right now!!! Bought a running shoe and a jersey.

I missed the DHL guy this morning but he came back even though I already emailed them to come back tomorrow.

made 3 separate orders DHL will be p*ssed off with me

First order was friday night (hasn't arrived its in Gatwick)

Second order was made Sunday night (arrived today, delighted)

Third order was Monday and its still in Leeds.

Now i'm off for a Cuppa from my new massive Sports Direct Mug :pac:

Placed an order on Friday, tracking says its in Dublin since 18:15. Placed another yesterday which has yet to go to courier.

Soon as I check the quality and sizes of what I ordered I could be hitting them again for another batch.

Got my order today. Few fleeces and tops. Would have bought more but wanted to try them out. Was a bit cautious after The Huts purple jackets a few weeks back but will defo use this crowd in the future. Thanks op.

I ordered on the 27th, despatched on the 28th and unable to track the item since then. I get some error from Yodel the delivery people. Emailed C.S. today and got automated reply saying it can take up to 5 days for a reply.
Tried phoning them and was left on hold for over 20 mins and just gave up.

Prices may be cheap but customer services suck.
