Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Hi all, Have a week booked off from 21st - 28th Sept looking at maybe a sun hol for 3 days or else even a city break (open to anything really) Wondering can anyone give recommendations where is good to go at this date that will still have good sun or even a city break that would still be warm?

Athens, Rome, Lisbon, Nice, Valencia, Barcelona. And my favourite, Malaga city (not the costas, the city itself).

Try stretch to four or five days. Three days is very short, but you may have other commitments.

Barcelona has La Merce on during that period. It's a week long party celebrating the city's patron saint. Great if you are into that (I loved it) and avoid if you are not.
