Can someone do some light video editing for me

I take footage and put it on youtube. It's just straight raw 4k footage with a g7 camera. What I found out was my pc is just not up to do any sort of editing. It's fairly modern, just somethings up with it, all the software I've tried on it is stutterery and unuseable. So, I'm just wondering if someone on here who is set…

So, I'm just wondering if someone on here who is set up for editing could take a look at and edit some recent footage I have taken. It basicly come out too 'bright' and is jarring to the eye.
