I might use one of these to rename my fantasy football team. Where has the bloke gone who set the question?

i think what Seth meant was what was the STRANGEST animal on the Disc, in which case it is indeed the Hermit Elephant, so i think Ravaan should ask the next question. this is in a Guards Book, Men At Arms, on page 120. :) (Happenes to be reading it at the moment so it was in my bedroom.)

OK then: How much money did Nanny Ogg make off the publishing of her cookbook (before "expenses")?

As shock didn't ask a question, I'm going to.

What's kangaroo for "somebody's fallen in the waterhole?"

Perhaps shock didn't post a question because he didn't get the last one right.

I think we can pretty much say we give up on that question then what was the answer?? i suppose you get to ask another one then since no one had the answer!

She was originally posted 3 dollars by the publishers...then Granny 'negotiated' the rest, bringing the total up to three thousand, two hundred and seventy *three* dollars and eighty seven pence. Pedantic to be sure.

OK then. How would you cure HEX of the "Bursar" virus?

And yet you still missed the glaring grammatical error?!
    What did present

Honestly with this sort of foul play it's no wonder you're letting these hip new youngens overtake you in quizzage :(

    King Teppicymon XXVII.

What's the waiting list like for a Burleigh & Stronginthearm Crossbow?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 26 Ravaan

Oops. I looked it up and the answer was "ages" which is a bit too vague I s'pose. Serves me right for posting a question without having me book in front of me.

So here's a replacement. What did Lord Vetinari juggle to impress the folk in Klatch?

  • Registered Users Posts: 15,399 Mod ✭✭✭✭Thanx 4 The Fish

throwing knives and a few melons.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 96 ✭✭oddlyaromatic

... that's good answer, but doesn't cut it in the questioning department, does it?

Not quite, it does however cut it in the wait until the questioner comes bac , perhaps asking to be a bit more precise, ie 3 melons and then 4 melons and three throwing knives etc.

How many trainees at the assassins guild actually make it as assassins ?
