i think what Seth meant was what was the STRANGEST animal on the Disc, in which case it is indeed the Hermit Elephant, so i think Ravaan should ask the next question. this is in a Guards Book, Men At Arms, on page 120.

Not quite, it does however cut it in the wait until the questioner comes bac , perhaps asking to be a bit more precise, ie 3 melons and then 4 melons and three throwing knives etc.
