Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

E-flow minus balance

What does it mean if your e-flow account has a minus beside the balance? I added more money to it and it still says it's in the negative. Shouldn't it be in the plus? Thanks.

My Easytrip statement shows their charges as positives and my (credit) balance has brackets around it which is the financial standard for showing a negative number. Sounds like E-flow does the same except they use a minus '-' symbol.
