kk going nowhere in the division and found out yet again by a better striker

she looked really bad in there

interesting to see how emmet gets on in his comeback, fancy mj myself to get it done

Surprised there wasnt two broken arms with Kennedy & KK, main cards been decent.

Yes a bit of a close card now, the odds are not there for a bet for me, if I was to bet (dont make me) it would be on Barboza to win.

Looking forward to seeing MJ again, its a tough fight for a comeback (maybe)

I am only here now for the bloodbath !

that's what you call a knockout

    What a haymaker!

  • Registered Users Posts: 23,797 ✭✭✭✭mailburner

mj was so confident that you nearly half expected something to happen

talk about a lad thats dangerous up till the last few seconds, was wondering
would he keep dodging those haymakers

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,884 ✭✭✭SlowBlowin

He was struggling with range throughout, then he finally managed to get that one though.

    Brutal KO

Theres nothing more brutal in a knockout than seeing half a mouthful of saliva fly across the octagon. Delighted for Emmett though he seems like an absolute gent.

That's why they keep Johnson around even if his record isn't exactly stellar. Someone's going to get hurt.

    Jesus that was quick

Hard to believe branch knocked out Santos

Two below par performances by him now

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,884 ✭✭✭SlowBlowin

I think Branch is a difficult sell now....

Now this is a different kettle of fish, I am sure Barboza will tag him with power, but putting Gaethje down so he stays down ? Be nice to see some ground and pound from Gaethje, hes just so relentless.

I do hope this does not go the way of Ngannou/Lewis.

Got to be the biggest draw in the UFC now.

Conor vs Gathce would be a big seller.

I'm gay for Gaethje. He's forever the Pure Violence Champion of the World.

Nah sure he lost that belt in the Alvarez fight.

He now has five fights in the UFC, is 3-2, and has a performance bonus in every one of them. He's brilliant. Would love to see a Poirier rematch.

    More bonuses than fights!

Some cracking finishes on that card, ESPN bound to be happy with that.

Felt bad for Barboza, you could see the moment on his face when he thought 'Jesus, I can't just keep exchanging with this guy'. Beaming for Justin, spectacular finish and nailed his landing. Also loved his quote "I wouldn't wish this sort on my worst enemy but i was born for this will fight till the wheels fall off".

Beaming for Craig as well. I ****ing love a triangle from when the guy looks just about done.

Can you imagine a Gaethje Ferguson fight? I mean Ferguson would almost certainly win but it'd be one hell of a scrap.
