The Faithful County's Allianz Hurling League quarter-final clash against Kilkenny at Bord na Mona, O’Connor Park in Tullamore was called off this morning after a pitch inspection.
Offaly's Division 3 football meeting with Sligo, slated for the same venue, is also gone.
Both matches will be played tomorrow, Bank Holiday Monday, instead.
Dublin's hurling quarter against Tipperary is off, with the Parnell Park turf under a frAnd Wexford's quarter-final collision with Galway at Inovate Wexford Park has not passed a pitch inspection. It's hoped that one will also be played tomorrow at 2pm, though another pitch inspection will take place this evening before a final decision is made.
The Westmeath v Carlow Division 2A hurling final is gone and is rescheduled for tomorrow, 2pm throw-in.
Louth's Division 2 football showdown with neighbours Meath at the Gaelic Grounds is off, as is Down's Pairc Esler clash with Tipp in the same division.
In Division 4, Waterford's tussle with Leitrim at Fraher Field and Wicklow's Aughrim meeting with Limerick are wiped.
The All-Ireland Club Camogie Championships finals at Croke Park have been called off. Athenry were due to take on Johnstownbridge in the intermediate game at 1.30pm, while Sarsfields were up against Slaughtneil at 3.30pm in the senior decider.
Croker does have undersoil heating but as conditions around the ground continued to deteriorate, the decision was made to call them off.
Gaelic games are not the only sports unsettled by the unseasonal weather. esh blanket of the white stuff and will throw in at 3pm tomorrow.
