Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Weight gain

    Hey, I’m normally between 50 and 54kg and my waist is 25 inches and I’m 5ft2. I go in and out of going to the gym but I never really change weight that much. Before Christmas I was about 50kg but since I’ve started going to the gym again I seem to be adding extra kg. I can’t seem to shift them and it’s increasing. The scales says my body fat % is gone up too. I’m so confused! Can someone advise?
