Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Anyone been unfortunate enough to buy anything from these sites (they are essentially one of the same). I bought some home office furniture without looking at reviews. Any luck getting a refund except chargeback? Bank of Ireland want a letter posted with all supporting emails to dispute the transaction and I don't have printer access at the moment. Banks should be offering the option of electronic submission for dispute/chargeback during these times.

    It appears the below is the parent company. Do what your bank needs and get a charge back or you will be chasing your money. Wellindal has more than 3000 reviews on trust pilot UK and over 85% are all bad.
