Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Expired PSC cards are not being automatically renewed due to C19? And the FTP is not valid on public transport due to expiry.
    Is there any workaround?

    COVID-19 and the Free Travel Scheme

    The National Transport Authority (NTA) has confirmed that all transport operators are allowing customers with a PSC Free Travel Card to continue to avail of the Free Travel Scheme during the COVID-19 public health emergency, even if the card has expired.

    Thanks for the quick reply!
    It is just the bus driver pointed out the expired date and a big red X flashing on scanner to her, and she panicked

    Unfortunately the drivers are often the last people to be informed of changes to the system!
