Paving over various covers

Considering paving an area which passes over several covers (AJ, gulley, radon and earth), the paving will be approximately 200MM higher than current ground level, I have recessed covers for the AJ and risers for the gulleys to bring them in line, but what are recommendations for the…

Considering paving an area which passes over several covers (AJ, gulley, radon and earth), the paving will be approximately 200MM higher than current ground level, I have recessed covers for the AJ and risers for the gulleys to bring them in line, but what are recommendations for the Radon Sump cover? I can't seem to find any suitable extensions for such?

Also what about the earth rod inspection cover?
