    While freeware might be acceptable 'as is' - stuff we pay for should be of merchantable quality and fit for the purpose for which it is sold.....


    A few years ago, the private spy agency Stratfor was hacked, and their subscriber list was freely available on the web. The real criminals - ie three letter agencies subscription accounts had phone numbers in place of names and fake addresses on their subscriber accounts. Perhaps everybody should do that when exposing their PII or financial co-ordinates?
