There seems to be lots of irregularities in the US election counting and gathering of votes, I'm still just monitoring the news coming in and I'll have more to say tomorrow.

Trump has launched a few lawsuits already, have any of his legal arguments got merit?

I saw earlier that 180,000 votes were added to the tally in Arizona and everyone of the votes were for Biden, not 1 for Trump which is very strange.

id need to see proof of your 180000 and not a single trump vote

    also, what "irregularities"

isnt it itself rather suspicious that you're just repeating what shady republicans have been saying- no specific complaints just yknow "irregularities"

Where did you see this? How do you know it's true?

Do you expect someone to just accept your word that this is true?

Oh, c'mon. There "seems to be" lots of irregularities, but you can't give us specifics on even one? You "saw earlier" that 180,000 Biden votes had appeared from nowhere, but you don't link to this or provide any details so that we could see for ourselves?

Have some self-respect, Mindancer. Don't insult our intelligence and your own by pretending that you believe this sh!te.

These absurd conspiracy theories fall over at the first hurdle; why in God's name would the Democrats rig the election, but rig it in such a way that expected "blue wave" does not materialise, and the Republicans retain control of the Senate?

Videos floating around of a bag of 500 Trump ballots found in a ditch in Michigan. Also alot of people in Republican areas said they were encouraged to use pencils (sharpies) now their ballots are spoiled.

Democrats have tried everything to get Trump out for the last 4 years with no joy, I wouldn't put this passed them.

That would be the video that you're conspicuously not linking to, and the lots of peoplein Republican areas that you're not naming in states which have a law that you're not citing which says that ballots filled out in pencil are spoiled?

Couldn't you even try to make this stuff vaguely credible?

Lots of videos out there of Trump and republican voters eating babies whole...

Also a lot of people in Democrat areas were told their baby was next if they voted...

Seriously if you guys have seen these videos or heard these stories, why not post the source?
Is it because these things aren't true and you don't have a source? Cause that's what it looks like when you make these claims.

Chaos! Mystery Votes Cast Doubt On US Election

    RonPaulLibertyReport

The introduction and legalization of "ballot harvesting," where operatives can collect and submit boxes of ballots without proof of identity, has thrown a huge monkey wrench into last night's presidential vote tally. States are wavering wildly as hundreds of thousands of votes are suddenly "discovered." Hillary Clinton's former lawyer is behind the mass legalization of this questionable process. Is this the worst run election in US history?

Yep happens a lot. Numerical typos. Corrected immediately and is not the published tally. Trump has even deleted his tweet about it.

I've made 4 or 5 errors typing this post which I've corrected before I hit submit. But if you took a screengrab with the pre submitted mistakes Id look like an illiterate moron.

Also the whole "number of registered voters is less than the votes" thing knocking around uses obsolete data. In short, its lies. In addition, some states allow registration on the day of voting. This would not have been captured.

    Also sharpies don't invalidate ballots.

All this is available with a quick google but people who push this are very close minded and don't like listening to anyone apart from whatever grifting facebooker they're obsessed with.

  • Registered Users Posts: 65 ✭✭mindancer

The problem is ballot harvesting, somebody could be sitting in their basement filling out ballots and adding them to the count, if you looked at the video you'll see the number count jump by 100's of 1000's and not one extra vote for Trump.

Don't get me wrong, I don't like Trump but I don't think the US elections are as steadfast as they'd like people to believe, Tulsi Gabbard was outed by he own party when she was in the race for the white house so creepy Joe would become the candidate

SAN ANTONIO – Tuesday night’s election has a lot more riding on it than just who gets elected.

Voter fraud is also in the spotlight.

Here in San Antonio - undercover video that made national news picked up where our Yami Virgin left off eight years ago.

    That respected news outlet being...?

Also not sure why you think telling people to Google your own argument is going to convince anyone. Again it kinda looks more like you can't support your claims.

Sharpies were fine and didn't spoil the ballot
Multiple officials in Michigan debunked the claim that ballots marked with Sharpies will not be counted.

Tracy Wimmer, a spokesperson for the Michigan Secretary of State’s office, confirmed to the Associated Press that Sharpies are an acceptable method of marking ballots.

“Blue and black sharpie is perfectly fine,” she wrote in a text message. “To say otherwise is misinformation.”

And Trump is the second most popular candidate. Are you suggesting that either didn't receive that amount of votes?

The "popularity" of the candidates consists in their having received large numbers of votes. But this is mainly an artefact of the fact that US has a larger population than it did in the past, for which neither candidate can claim credit. (Though, in fact, Trump has done his bit to reduce the population with his appalling approach to pandemic management.)

If we ask ourselves "which president secured the greatest share of the available votes?", the answer is Ulysees S. Grant, who in 1868 secured the votes of 42.6% of those eligible to vote. By this measure, Biden (who on figures to date has secured the votes of 34.48% of those eligible to vote) is only the 19th most popular president, just behind Eisenhower (1956, 34.54%) and just ahead of Zachary Taylor (1848, 34.42%). When Trump was elected in 2106, he was the 39th most popular president (27.75%), though of course he now drops to 40th, because Biden comes in ahead of him..

The least popular president was George Washington, who secured the support of just 6.3% of those eligible to vote in 1792. He still won the election, though, because there was no other candidate. If only Trump had thought of taking that approach.

If we rank Trump among the losing candidates on the basis of his 2020 result, he is slightly more popular than Adlai Stevenson, who lost to Eisenhower in 1956, but not quite as popular as Lewis Cass (who?), who lost to Zachary Taylor in 1848.

That was a Republican thing, so obviously that doesn't count.

Only the evil democratic conspiracies are the ones that count.

Rudy Giuliani explaining some of the voting practices that they are not happy about, most of the media is saying there's no evidence but there is proof of lots of irregularities in this election.

FRAUD IN PHILLY | Rudy Giuliani

Former NYC Mayor and current attorney to President Donald Trump Rudy Giuliani details what he claims to be 'voter fraud' in Philadelphia, and what he and the Trump legal team are prepared to do to legally fight the PA ballot numbers.

    .

It's a shame he didn't mention the fake ballot drop boxes. It would have added so much credibility. They were proven in court.

Was this at the press conference in the parking lot next to the porn shop?
By the guy who got suckered into the new Borat movie?

Weird that he's being held up as if he was credible...

Also, what evidence does he present? Or are they being vague and mysterious about it?

    What's the proof?

All we've seen so far well-worn tactic used by populists of repeating a falsehood over and over, in order to reach a point where certain people start to psychologically believe it, despite it being completely baseless. Trump made the same false claims in 2016.

Voter fraud in the US is remarkably rare
A comprehensive 2014 study published in The Washington Post found 31 credible instances of impersonation fraud from 2000 to 2014, out of more than 1 billion ballots cast. Even this tiny number is likely inflated, as the study’s author counted not just prosecutions or convictions, but any and all credible claims.
Two studies done at Arizona State University, one in 2012 and another in 2016, found similarly negligible rates of impersonation fraud. The project found 10 cases of voter impersonation fraud nationwide from 2000-2012. The follow-up study, which looked for fraud specifically in states where politicians have argued that fraud is a pernicious problem, found zero successful prosecutions for impersonation fraud in five states from 2012-2016.
A review of the 2016 election found four documented cases of voter fraud.
Research into the 2016 election found no evidence of widespread voter fraud.

US intelligence agencies concluded Russia did meddle in the 2016 US election.

There's no evidence of widespread election fraud in the 2020 election as of yet. In contrast to that there is overwhelming evidence that Trump makes systematically false claims. For example, he made the same claims about the 2016 election which turned out to be false.
