What part of the city is the Job? Could be a huge factor.

Also id double check the broadband in Tramore. I know people who live there who do nothing but complain about the service out there.

UPC has the best broadband in the country and most of the city is serviced by it.

Job is out Kilbarry way. Just looking at the maps and that makes Tramore quite attractive.... If Tramore has eFiber broadband, that is.

Kilbarry is on the right side of the city if commuting from Tramore alright. Its before the city and the college. Traffic shouldn't be that bad. College starts at 9.15 but its packed long before that.

I grew up in St Johns Park its a grand spot, easy to get to kilbarry from there. But Ursuline court or Cherrymount would be good also.

I know a few people living there and they like it. Quiet enough and close to outer ring road, town, industrial estate, supermarkets, college, etc.
