I got paid 1/4 of the odds for a dead heat in a race at the weekend in Ladbrokes. The dog was 2/1 but they paid me out at odds of 1/2. I questioned it at the time but they don't have a clue, they just scan it in. Is a quarter of the odds what you get in a dead heat?

Tis a bitch innit. Those bookies are getting away with more and more these days. No more early prices, almost all races now 1/5 the odds (some used to have it on all races without and odds on shot).
