Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Annual travel insurance advice

    My bike was lost on a aerlingus flight on the way back from France earlier this year. I checked with insurer multitrip and turns out they don't insure bikes at all as they are classed as sports equipment.

    I subsequently got my bike back but it was a stressful week.

    I was wondering if there any annual policies out there that cover bikes as well as the usual medical stuff?

    They only cover up to 1200 euro.
    Or on a case by case basis.
