I volunteered my details to the bus driver in case of any follow up name + address. I'm wondering what would the chances be I'd end up being to go to court over…

Dublin buses are covered in cameras - they would be pretty much all they need for any court case, more so than witness testimony
Without any other kind of real info to go on it's impossible to advise.
