If I was stopped by the guards one night with no tax and didnt have my license on me, failed to produce my license to the guard station. Guards called out to my home to remind me to produce it. Will they have all this on record and will I be able to get access to this information about me as I want to know dates, times, who the guard was dealing with it etc.. for other legal matters.

Never heard of a guard calling out to someone's home following a failure to present licence and motor tax.

You receive a summons if you fail to produce in the local station on time

Is that in all cases or do they let some go.

If you don't produce your papers within a time frame, you can expect a summons
