Recommendation for a single DIN android auto head unit for an older car?

Well lads, a friend just bought a 2008 Ford Ka, sans bluetooth, she was asking about a upgrading the stereo for handsfree, i know there's plenty of choice out there for under €100 for a bluetooth enabled stereo, but what would she be looking at for an android/android auto single din unit with a screen? Bearing in mind the car is worth around €2k shes not looking to spend a fortune, but I was wondering if there was much in the way of reasonable priced single din android units out there. Cheers in advance for any help!

Pretty much can’t be done for the budget.

Just fitted a pioneer avh z100dab to my 97 bmw. it's one of the very, very few single din android auto units with a screen that exist and still costs near 500 quid.
no screen is much cheaper but no google maps which is a deal breaker for me.

Thread is a bit old but just in case - I've ordered this one, reviews are decent and ticks a lot of boxes for €104

Bit of a hybrid way of doing things but clever.

Yeah, I had a look at that myself at the time, seems a reasonably clever solution to the issue!

I looked at the Continental range also. Really nice but more expensive.

Perfect match for old german interiors from late 90's early 00's. Works if you are trying to keep an original feel with modern connectivity as most of the radios and climate stuff was orange lcd.

Had forgotten that point - I stand corrected, irrelevant for a Ka
